8/30日ABC開學了!!!

親愛的家長，您好!

漫長暑假即將結束，您的小朋友也準備好收心了嗎?

ABC English School新學期將在 8/30 (三) 開學，除了原本Ms. Maliha的Reading4-1採用Grade2新教材以及 Ms. Rachel的Reading2使用新的Grade1.3/1.4 Study book、Workbook(但原本Grammar and Spelling文法書仍要用)外，其餘班級仍使用上學期書籍，請小朋友上課記得攜帶
(Judy Y. and Danny L. 因暑期班努力有成，皆跳級故要買新書)。

此外，8/28 (一)、8/29 (二)兩天還未開學，如父母上班沒人照顧小朋友，可以來電2873-3510告知ABC，我們會免費服務各位家長。請於8/25日(五)下午5:00以前告知，以便安排各項事宜。因該兩天學校並無課程，故請各位家長為孩子準備一些課外讀物充實，謝謝！

ABC Cooking Class愛比斯料理廚房!讚!

Today we want to cook the delicious Mexican Food-Tacos
今天我們要製作的是美味的墨西哥料理-Tacos墨西哥玉米捲
and tell you the SECRET of Tacos!
我們即將公開Taco的製作秘密!


Ingredient材料:
Ground beef 碎牛肉
Taco Seasoning調味料
Water水
Lettuce萵苣/ Any other vegetable you like任何你喜歡的蔬菜
Tomatoes番茄
Onions洋蔥
Cheese起司條
Cream優格醬
Salsa莎莎醬
Chips 玉米片

Making Tacos
First, brown the ground beef in a pan.
Drain the grease.

Add “Taco Seasoning” and 2/3 cup of water.

Bring to a boil. Simmer until most of the water is soaked into the beef.
Spoon desired amount of beef into tacos.


Garnish with, chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onions.（Or any other vegetable you like）

Top with grated cheese.

Place in preheated oven to 350℃.
Leave in until cheese is melted throughout or until the “Chips” turn very light brown.
Remove carefully “HOT”

Spoon sour cream and salsa onto the tacos.
